LO Studio
A loved one’s death signified the birth of LO. Between the copious cups of tea and the numbness death brings, candle making was the happy place. Mixing potions, creating scents and doing something positive. It was also an avenue for nostalgia. Scents evoke memory in a way the other senses can’t. A feeling, a time, the sense of a scent that paints a picture to occupy the corner of one’s mind.
All of their candles are hand poured in the UK by chandlers, not machines and they produce small batches for freshness. Their wicks are cotton and paper (no tin or lead used). The candle glass includes 20% of recycled glass. Their lids are 80% recycled steel. Their boxes use 80% recycled paper.
