Returns & Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

To start a return, you must contact us at hello@abeautifullife.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and the email address used.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. As we offer multiple brands in our store, items may need returning to different addresses.

    Exchanges

    In order to receive your new product as quickly as possible, we recommend that you first return the item you have, and upon its acceptance, you then make a separate purchase for your new desired item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

    We suggest using a tracked and signed service for returning items. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of shipping for the original order, or postage related to returning an order.

      Damages and issues

      We apologise if you have received a damaged or faulty item. Please contact us if your product is damaged or you have received the wrong order so that we may investigate and rectify the issue for you immediately.
